Licensed Professional Counselor, MS, LPC
As someone who has personally navigated the path of recovery, I bring a unique and compassionate approach to therapy. Eating disorders—like Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and other unspecified conditions—are complex and affect not just the individual but their entire family. I work closely with both clients and their families to offer hope and support throughout the recovery journey.
I take pride in my unorthodox treatment style, providing one-on-one support even between sessions. I believe that recovery is deeply personal and requires a tailored approach. My goal is to enhance the quality of life for my clients and help them find and maintain their balance.
My own experience has given me a deep, empathetic understanding of what it means to struggle with an eating disorder. I've been actively involved in advocacy and continue to educate myself about the latest treatment modalities. I understand the complexities of eating disorders from both the perspective of the patient and the caregiver.
I offer coaching and personalized support, drawing on my lived experience to provide valuable insights and understanding to everyone affected by these challenging conditions.
